Uncertain. I guess this shows the van, right of centre, somewhere near Craik Court, Neville Close, Kilburn. This appears to show aspects of three or four streets, perhaps more, but has anything survived?

As the van parks at the base of Craik Court the shops are on the south side of Carlton Vale, while the building at left, Kilburn House, is on the corner of Malvern Road and Malvern Place.
