I'd like to thank Geoff Dodd for finding this one. Facing north as a police car arrives at The Heathrow Hotel, Bath Road, Harlington. Bath Road is near the top of the ramp while the houses in the distance appear to be on the south side of Doghurst Avenue. At the time of filming the hotel appears to have featured, according to internal signage, a 'Hanover Suite' including George I and II and III rooms and the 'York Video Theatre.' It is currently (2022) known as The Renaissance Hotel,
