The Kinematograph Weekly, 25 June 1936, reported that the film ‘was finished over the week-end, and nothing remains now except for a few short inserts’ including a scene ‘outside a house in a street near the studios at Ealing.’
Capture 1
Unidentified. Presumably a street near Ealing Studios but that unnaturally squared corner brickwork suggests a set. However it's Clive Brook escorting Victoria Hopper from her home to his car.
Capture 2
Unidentified. Is that daylight or eerie studio lighting?
Capture 3
Unidentified. Brook and Hopper heading for the coast. Is this Western Avenue?
Capture 4
Unidentified. The camera pans to the right revealing this scene.
Capture 5
Unidentified. The pan continues revealing the far end of the bridge.
Capture 6
The lack of locations allows space to include the Board of Trade certificate.
