Audley Road, Ealing

Capture 1

The view east along Audley Road, Ealing, from the junction at The Ridings, sets the location of George Formby's home.

Audley Road

Capture 2

Frank Leighton, but probably his stand in, arriving in Audley Road.

Audley Road

Capture 3

When Formby rides off from Audley Road it is presumably his stand in on the combination.

London Air Park

Capture 4

When Formby tackles Polly Ward at 'RAF Glenbridge' the location is the London Air Park, Hanworth Aerodrome, with the spire of St. George's Church, Castle Way, in the distance.

Capture 5

This appears to be another aspect of the London Air Park but a conclusive photograph of the house remains elusive.

Capture 6

Not much to see here but the 'TIPSY AIRCRAFT CO. LTD. sign confirms the London Air Park location.
