The Hammersmith & Shepherds Bush Gazette, 28 February 1963, reported that filming had taken place in Colville Terrace and that ‘the “finishing touches” were, in fact, the last scene in the film. And did those final shots take some getting! Dummy run followed dummy run as Miss [Kathleen] Breck walked across the road, paused, looked towards a police car, and walked on towards the gate of a four-storey house. In the final scene Breck runs in Colville Terrace, greets Alfred Lynch, and looks on as Lynch approaches the police car.
