On 8 June 1950 the Kinematograph Weekly reported that the company had been ‘on location at Wapping’ where Andrew Ray was filmed in the mud of the River Thames. The Courier and Advertiser (Dundee) added, 10 July, that ‘Holiday crowds in London yesterday’ watched filming ‘near the County Hall’ as ‘Coldstream Guards in full scarlet dress, the officers with swords, and the men with bayonets fixed for a royal salute.’
