An unseen film. On 14 April 1921 the Kinematograph Weekly reported that ‘Kenelm Foss and his company were at Waterloo station this week securing scenes for “The Double Event,” which he is producing at the Walthamstow Studios. No detail of the terminus was omitted, even the model of the first  L. and S.W.R. engine was photographed.’ On 21 April the same publication noted that ‘Foss is using still more of London in his “Double Event” film’ continuing that ‘he is now “shooting” in the heart of the West End, showing some typical street and office scenes in Charing Cross Road. A real train is also made use of on the North London Railway, where many of the public will recognise themselves.’ Reviewing the film, 14 July 1921, the same publication noted that the photography was ‘Quite good without being notable.’
