This film is in Italian, without subtitles, so it’s often difficult to tell ‘exactly’ what’s going on.

Capture 1

The film begins with a very long sequence showing views from a taxi apprently transporting Florinda Bolkan from London Airport to Belgravia. However I think this may be facing west on the M4.

Still travelling in the same direction. The M4?

Capture 3

Presumably at the junction of Westway (M40) and the West Cross Route (M41) heading to Shepherds Bush.

I think I posted a very similar shot a few weeks ago but I cannot recall which film! Paddington?

A ramp up to Westway.

Capture 6

That must be the GPO Tower in the centre but the rest remains a mystery.

Capture 7

Bolkan's taxi in Warwick Avenue, at the Regent's Canal, while the traffic light is at Blomfield Road.

When Bolkan arrives at her accommodation, the Belgravia Royal Hotel, 20 Chesham Place, this is all we really see.

With Pont Street off to the left Bolkan's taxi, back view, heads north in Chesham Place towards Lowndes Street.

As the camera pans right the taxi heads into Bayswater Road with Clarincarde Gardens off to the left.

The taxi reaches Upper Belgrave Street with Wilton Street to the right and Belgrave Square in the distance.

The taxi drops Bolkan off in Upper Belgrave Street where she approaches an entrance to 118 Eaton Square. Here she appears to make enquiries about her missing daughter.

Bolkan is presumably standing in Westbourne Street with the Royal Lancaster Hotel behind her.

Westbourne Street as Bolkan appears to be facing Stanhope Terrace. The building extreme right is on the corner of Lancaster Terrace.

Bolkan, hidden by the bus, passing The Polytechnic, College of Architecture (I.L.E.A.), Marylebone Road. The Planetarium is behind the camera.

Unidentified. The traffic signs says Paddington Station straight ahead with Marylebone Road to the right.

Catherine Spaak, on the right, is now assiting Bolkan find her daughter by enquiring at The Swan pub, 66 Bayswater Road.

As Bolkan and Spaak drive away from The Swan Elms Mews comes into view.

Unidentified. A small sign in the distance above Bolkan's head reads 'W. STARLI....' which translates as 'W. STARLING', of Leybourne Road, Chalk Farm. However the rest of location remains a mystery.

With Castlehaven Road immediately to the right the view is from Hawley Road towards Holy Trinity Church on the north side of Clarence Way.

Unidentified. Looks like this should be dead easy! That's Spaak's car.

Unidentified. Still looks dead easy as Spaak drives away.

Following a performance the crowd, including Maria Schneider, exit the Roundhouse with the view south along Chalk Farm Road. Schneider appears to be the lost daughter.

Schneider, Bolkan and Spaak in Chalk Farm Road near the Belmont pub on the the corner of Belmont Street.

Spaak drives off alone in Chalk Farm Road with Chalk Farm Station, on the corner of Adelaide Road and Haverstock Hill, to the left. The No. 18 bus is a prop.

The 18 bus transports Schneider, Bolkan and others to Emerson Street, Southwark.

As the group settle in at the 'Bull Ring Tavern', which looks real but doesn't feature in the street directory, the view is north along Emerson Street towards Bankside. In the distance is Smith's Warehousing, 18-19 Queenhithe.

Following a performance, at an anonymous 'space', as Bolkan storms off she appears to be in the derelict London Docks with Tobacco Dock somewhere behind her. An aerial view on Bing suggests that the stone bollard has survived but is inaccessible within a gated community.
